When you register for our recruitment website (My Booths), you may provide us with:
* Your personal details, including your title, forename, surname, email address, postal address, telephone number/mobile number, education/qualifications, employment history, equal opportunities and references.
* Your account login details, such as your username and the password that you have chosen.

Managing your My Booths account
By applying for a role to come and work for us, you agree that the data you have provided to us in your application and any other reasonable ways of assessment, including that from any tests, interviews, assessment days or references, will be used by us to process your application and may also be used to help us with any future applications by you to us within a 12 month period. If your application is successful, that data will be used to start your personnel file and your employment journey with us.
We promise to treat your personal data confidentially and we comply with all UK Data Protection legislation.
You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you at any time by following our internal data request process which we follow alongside the GDPR guidelines, you also have the right to request for information to be amended should you feel it is incorrect.
If you have created an account on My Booths we will only use your details to communicate anything business related to you, provided you have given consent. We will hold your information on the system for 12 months and if you do not apply for another position within that timeframe your profile will be deleted.
