The purpose of the role is to work within the Bistro team to provide a catering facility for Central Office. The contract on offer is for 15 hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

1.To ensure correct preparation, presentation and service of food.
2. To ensure that all areas of the dining area, kitchen and tasting room are cleaned to a high standard using the appropriate cleaning equipment.
3.Provide a friendly and efficient service whilst maintaining the standards set by the Catering Supervisor.
4.Store all food items in the correct manner.
5.Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
6.To be flexible and provide cover for holidays and sickness as required.
