As a Ledger Analyst your role will be to assist in the smooth running of the Purchase and Sales Ledgers within the Transactional Services Team, ensuring that all suppliers are paid on time, first time and all queries resolved in a timely manner.

This is for maternity cover for a minimum of 3 months


• Be responsible for end to end purchase ledger
• Develop relationships with your own key
suppliers and efficiently resolve ad-hoc queries
from them
• Actively seek to resolve issues and minimize risks
to business continuity by completing all duties in
a timely manner
• Manage own workload to ensure all duties are
completed accurately and on time
• Recognize opportunities and provide
recommendations for increased efficiency and
effective ways of working across the team
• Be adaptable and flexible as part of the
Transaction Services Team to assist in the
achievement of the wider goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to work
in a planned, organised and professional manner
to ensure effective ways of working
• Support the Transaction Services Team Leader
and Manager with short term ad-hoc projects
• To provide support and training to other
colleagues within the team and wider business
• To demonstrate and role model the Booths


You need to show us that you have the following:

Degree or equivalent in Accountancy qualifications (e.g. AAT) Desirable
