Our family love to tell their Booths story, here’s some examples to give you a real flavour of what being part of the Booths family is like.
When I was 18 my Store Manager asked me if I’d like to become a Booths trainee. This led to me being trained in three different stores over 18 months and as a result I was promoted to Assistant Manager. Sixteen years later I now manage one of the top three stores in the Company.
“Booths care massively about their people. Always have, always will.”
Starting off as a Warehouse Operative, I gained several new skills that would eventually help me to progress within the Company, such as my Forklift and Counterbalance licenses.
“In July 2009 I was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor, a position that I enjoy, and one that brings extra responsibility, which I love by the way.”
